If you've stopped by Shop With Chuckles lately, you might notice things look a little different.
Don't worry—I didn't accidentally hit the "Delete Everything" button.
I gave the shop a fresh new look. New branding. Cleaner designs. Better presentation. Same ridiculous sense of humor.
The products are still there. The laughs are still free. My bank account is still patiently waiting for Etsy to remember I exist.
I've gotten plenty of views and likes over the last few months, and I'm grateful for every one of them. But let's be honest... views don't pay for coffee, electricity, or the embarrassing number of design ideas I come up with at two in the morning.
So I've decided to go all in.
Instead of wondering "What if?" I'd rather find out. That means improving listings, creating new designs, polishing the shop, and seeing just how far this little adventure can go. If it succeeds, great! If it doesn't, at least I won't be sitting in a rocking chair someday wondering if I should have tried harder.
Running an online shop is a funny thing. One minute you're convinced you've designed the next best-selling shirt. The next minute you're celebrating because someone favorited it... and then they disappear into the internet forever.
Where did they go?
Did they buy it?
Did they sneeze and accidentally hit the heart button?
Did their cat walk across the keyboard?
These are the mysteries that keep Etsy sellers awake at night.
But I'm not giving up. Every design teaches me something. Every update makes the shop a little better. Every laugh reminds me why I started this in the first place.
So here's to the new look, the same goofy spirit, and hopefully a few more orders instead of just notifications that say, "Someone liked your item."
